BIOGRAPHY

John Murray is a South African painter living and working in Cape Town, South Africa. He primarily works in oil and acrylic on canvas, and creates abstract compositions rendered in a way that still hints at representational forms beneath the surface. John's paintings have evolved into an ongoing series that allude to structures that are in the process of forming, or perhaps simultaneously disintegrating.
